Library Patrons include staff
and those affiliated with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The Library
uploads registration information into the library’s patron
database so that all staff of the Ministry
will automatically be members of the Library and will be
able to charge books and generate
other loan requests online.
The Library uses the
4-digit number found on the Staff ID
card as the Llibrary PIN Number. Please use
this number as a Patron Barcode and
your IC number as a Password to generate any online services ((i.e. if you wish to reserve,
renew a book, request an inter-library-loan,
or
view patron
information, change password, etc., on the
system)
