PERWAKILAN Abuja Participating in Charity Bazaar, Abuja, 24 October 2009

PERWAKILAN Abuja led by Puan Siti Fatimah Karim took part in a charity bazaar organized by the Diplomatic Corp in Abuja at Sheraton Hotel, Abuja on 24 October 2009. The First Lady of Nigeria, H.E. Hajia Dr. Turai Umaru Yar’Adua visited the Malaysian stall. Malaysian specialties including nasi lemak, beef rendang, mee goreng and products like batik table cloth and kaftan proved popular. From the sale, PERWAKILAN Abuja donated Naira 30,000 to the organizer of the bazaar.

High Commissioner Nik Mustafa Kamal Nik Ahmad and Puan Siti Fatimah celebrated Hari Raya and Deepavali with the Malaysian Community in Victoria Island, Lagos on 17 October 2009. Encik Anuar Khabar and Puan Jamilah was very kind to invite High Commissioner to their house in Victoria Island to be with the Malaysian Community in Lagos, Nigeria for the occasion.
