Brief History

The Embassy of Malaysia in the Kingdom of Bahrain was established on 17th September 2003.

Location

The Embassy of Malaysia was first situated in the Regency Intercontinental Hotel before moving to the current address at Seef Area, Manama, Kingdom of Bahrain.

To safeguard and advance Malaysia's National Interest

To strengthen bilateral relations with the Kingdom of Bahrain

To Promote trade, investment and tourism with the Kingdom of Bahrain

To carry out information activities to enhance the country's image

To proved efficient services to the Embassy's clients

Strategies

Establish close contacts and cooperation with all government agencies (especially MOFA), private sector, NGOs and other foreign Missions and International Organizations.

Promote bilateral trade, investment and tourist destination

Encourage and assist Malaysians to invest and do business in Kingdom of Bahrain

Cultivate the mass media

Organize and participate in activites involving Malaysians
