2. The vehicle may be viewed and inspected from 1st to 30th June 2008 between 1030 hours to 1600 hours at the Embassy of Malaysia, 17 Avenue Bir Kacem, Souissi-RABAT. For appointment to view or inspect the vehicle, please contact the Embassy of Malaysia in Rabat at tel. +212 37 658 355/658 324.
3. Bids are to be used prescribed forms KEW.PA 25, which can be obtained at the address stated in paragraph 4. The bid must be valid for sixty (60) days.
4. All bids to be delivered in a sealed envelope marked “Embassy’s Vehicle Quotation No. RBA.1/2008” to the Head of Chancery Embassy of Malaysia, 17 Avenue Bir Kacem, Souissi-RABAT not later than 1200 hours, Tuesday, 1 July 2008. Bids received after the closing time and date will not considered.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE BIDS
1. The vehicle will be sold subject to the reserved price.
2. The vehicle is offered on sale on “as-is/where-is” basis.
3. The Embassy will have no obligation after sale.
4. Other expenses related to the purchase of the vehicle, if any, are to be borne by the buyer.
5. Buyer is required to make full payment for the vehicle within one(1) week from the date of notification of the successful bid.
6. Buyer is to claim the asset within seven (7) days after the full payment has been made.
