Mansor, Menteri Kerja Raya Malaysia telah mengadakan lawatan kerja ke Republik Korea (RoK) dari 23 hingga 26 September 2009 untuk menghadiri mesyuarat menteri-menteri 13th Road Engineering Association of Asia and Australasia (REAAA).
