Official Opening of Taman Malaysia at Curtin University - 20 November 2017

OFFICIAL OPENING OF TAMAN MALAYSIA AT CURTIN UNIVERSITY

20 NOVEMBER 2017

After months of laborious efforts, the much awaited Taman Malaysia which was originally referred to as Sarawak Garden at the heart of Curtin University main campus in Bentley was officially opened by the Vice Chancellor of Curtin University and the Pro-Chancellor of Curtin Miri Campus, Sarawak. The said garden was designed to symbolically celebrate the long standing and strong partnership with Miri Campus as Curtin University’s first international campus since 1998. The event was graced by the presence of senior officers from both sides. Also in attendance were the Consul-General of Malaysia and the Education Consul.
