SG AEBA conveyed the overwhelmingly positive feedback from participants in the Bangladesh Global Summit. Response garnered prompted consideration to establish the World Bangladesh Organisation (WBO) to foster networking opportunities for Bangladeshis from the world over and their global contacts.
The presence of YB Dato’ Seri Mohamed Nazri bin Abdul Aziz, Minister of Tourism and Culture (YB MOTAC) during the Summit signalled the prominence Malaysia placed on links with Bangladeshi expatriates and Bangladesh as a whole. Those who ventured into Malaysia have thrived as their ideas took seed and blossomed into opportunities that were pursued with our harmonious multicultural society and dynamic expatriate community.
