Ashraf Haziq Rossli visits Westminster

LONDON 15 August: The Malaysian MARA sponsored student mugged after he had been attacked by a group of rioting youth in East London has been taken on a tour of Wesminster by Keith Vas MP, Chairman of the Home Affairs Select Committee. Also present were His Excellency Datuk Zakaria Sulong, the High Commissioner of Malaysia to the United Kingdom, Dr. Noorzalina Mohd Noor, MARA Representative at Education Malaysia London and also Ashraf's parents and brother who arrived here on Saturday to visit him.

 

Prior to that, Ashraf Haziq and family were introduced to the Heads of Department at the High Commission of Malaysia in Belgrave Square where he was presented with letters from Prime Minister David Cameron and Malaysia Deputy Prime Minister, Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin.

H.E Datuk Zakaria Sulong, the High Commissioner presented Ashraf Haziq with letters from British Prime Minister David Cameron and Malaysian Deputy Prime Minister, Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin.
