HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGEMENT DIVISION
The Human Resources Management Division (HRMD), Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Malaysia is the main branch under Department of Service Management. HRMD is the key pillar in improving and strengthening the effectiveness of Human Resource Management and organizational development; and to determine and ensure the smooth running of the management of offices, personnel and services in the Ministry and Missions abroad. The roles played by HRMD are consistent with the mission, vision and objectives of the Division in carrying out their duties and trust entrusted by the Ministry.
MISSION
To ensure that the planning and human resource development can be implemented effectively in order to ensure that the organization has human resources of good quality, skills and competence and with integrity to achieve Ministry’s objectives.
VISION
To be the best organization in the development of quality human resources, skilled and competent and with integrity to perform the duties and responsibilities to achieve Ministry’s objectives
OBJECTIVES
To produce high quality personnel, skills and competence and integrity through the planning and development of human resources efficiently and effectively to achieve Ministry’s objectives
To achieve the planned needs and requirements, HRMD has always strive to equip the civil servants in the Ministry with the implementation of efficient and orderly Human Resource Management together with the strong and consistent organizational development based on today's challenging demand on services.
