Strengthening the dissemination and sharing of information through ICT infrastructure and high performance applications

 

 

OBJECTIVE

 

Facilitate KLN's business by providing technological leadership and capability to effectively collate, translate and disseminate information

 

 

FUNCTIONS

 

  1. Plan the implementation of ICT governance for the Ministry.
  2. Develop and implement Ministry's ICT Security Policy.
  3. Provide Stable, secure and highly available network services.
  4. Develop, implement and maintain Ministry's application system
  5. Manage ICT projects.
  6. Provide and maintain ICT infrastructure that comprises of hardware, software and network services as well as provide technical support services.
  7. To provide advisory services and necessary technical support for the Malaysian Missions with regard to ICT infrastructure and application
  8. Provide training on usage of hardware, software and application system.
