TYT Loh Seck Tiong
H.E Mr. Loh Seck Tiong is the High Commissioner of Malaysia to the Republic of Kenya and Permanent Representative to the United Nations Environmental Programme (UNEP) and United Nations Human Settlements Programme (UN-Habitat. He is also concurrently accredited to Burundi, Rwanda, South Sudan, Tanzania and Uganda.
He arrived in Nairobi on 19 September 2017 and presented his Letter of Credence to H.E President Uhuru Kenyatta of Kenya on 26 September 2017.
He joined the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in 1988 and has served in various capacities at the Ministry and Malaysian Missions abroad. At the Ministry, he served at the External Information Division, and Multilateral Economics and Environment Division which also oversee the technical cooperation programme under the framework of South-South and North-South Cooperation. His stint abroad include Thailand, Bangladesh, Japan, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Permanent Mission of Malaysia to the United Nations, New York.
H.E Loh graduated with honours degree in Bachelor of Arts (Mass Communication) from the National University of Malaysia
He is married to Madam You Siew Sze and blessed with one son.
