Pendaftaran Pengundi Tidak Hadir (PTH)

PENDAFTARAN PENGUNDI TIDAK HADIR (PTH)

 

Untuk makluman, Pendaftaran Pengundi Tidak Hadir atau PTH kini dibuka kepada semua warganegara Malaysia yang berkelayakan serta memenuhi syarat sepertimana yang termaktub dalam Peraturan 2. Peraturan-Peraturan Pilihan Raya (Pendaftaran Pemilih) 2002.

 

Sepertimana Peraturan di atas, Pengundi Tidak Hadir (PTH) adalah golongan yang dibenarkan mengundi secara Pos yang terdiri dari anggota tentera dan pasangan, anggota perkhidmatan awam yang bertugas di luar negara dan pasangan yang menetap bersamanya serta pelajar sepenuh masa yang menuntut di luar negara dan pasangan yang menetap bersamanya.

 

Warganegara Malaysia yang berada di Belanda yang berkelayakan serta memenuhi syarat seperti yang dinyatakan di atas adalah dialu-alukan untuk mendaftar sebagai PTH di Kedutaan Besar Malaysia di The Hague. Syarat serta cara pendaftaran adalah seperti berikut:

 

 a)        Datang ke Pejabat Kedutaan Besar Malaysia di The Hague pada waktu pejabat (9.00 

            Pagi – 4.00 Petang) dengan membawa bersama Kad Pengenalan serta Surat / SijilPengesahan

            dari Universiti (bagi pelajar sepenuh masa sahaja).

 b)        Mengisi Borang Pendaftaran Pemilih (Borang A) yang disediakan dengan lengkap.

 c)        Semak Borang Pendaftaran yang telah diisi dan pastikan semua maklumat yang diberikan adalah

            betul sebelum menurunkan tandatangan.

 d)        Turunkan tandatangan

 e)        Simpan salinan Borang Pendaftaran (salinan berwarna kuning) sebagai bukti pendaftaran atau

            sebagai rujukan semasa tempoh pameran Rang Daftar Pemilih.
