| Visa Requirement VISA REQUIREMENTS
Visa Without Reference Documents required for Visa Without Reference (VTR) application (visa issued by High Commission of Malaysia) are as follows:- 1. Original passport & 1 photocopy of passport (must be valid more than 6 months) 2. Signed and dated Visa application form *CLICK HERE FOR VISA APPLICATION FORM 3. Letter from applicant with clear description of purpose of the visit 4. 2 passport size photographs (blue background) 5. 1 photocopy of Pakistani National Identity Card (CNIC) 6. The latest 3 months bank statement with balance of at least USD 1,000.00 or equivalent, or Traveler’s Cheque (USD 1,000.00 or equivalent) 7. Letter from Company (if applicable) 8. Invitation letter (if applicable) 9. Payment of visa fee
Note: Visa Without Reference is required for the purpose of social visit. All applications must be made through appointed visa agents/Drop Box (Please the list of visa agents/Drop Box underneath)
The above is applicable for a single entry social visa for 30 days and with an optional extension for another 30 days (approval by Immigration Department of Malaysia), valid for use within 3 months from the date of issuance of the visa. Visa With Reference (VDR)
Documents required for Visa With Reference (VDR) application (VDR is where visa is issued after the application has been referred and approved by Department of Immigration Malaysia) are as follows:-
1. Original passport & 1 photocopy of passport (must be valid more than 6 months) 2. Signed and dated visa application form 3. 2 passport size photographs (blue background) 4. 1 photocopy of Pakistani National Identity Card (CNIC) 5. Original approval letter from Immigration Department of Malaysia 6. Medical / Health Certificate from approved medical centre (for VPTE) 7. Letter from Company / University (if applicable) 8. Invitation letter (if applicable) 9. Payment of visa fee
Note: VDR is required for student, employment, dependant and professional visit pass (purpose of training such as MTCP technical training in Malaysia).
Visa Application from/through Foreign Government
Documents required for visa application from Government
1. Original passport & 1 photocopy of passport (must be valid for more than 6 months) 2. Signed and dated visa application form 3. 2 passport-sized photographs (blue background) 4. Letter from Ministry of Foreign Affairs or other Ministries 5. Invitation letter (if applicable) 6. Payment of visa fee for normal passport
Note: Applicant may be called for an interview if required by the High Commission of Malaysia. Any application using fake or forged documents will be rejected and may result the applicant to be barred from any future visa application.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION OF VISA APPLICATION
1. Service fees for handling of visas by Drop Box Facility Agent, related documents, scrutiny, and submission to the High Commission and onward return to the applicant should not be more than Rs2, 000.00. 2. All applications will be submitted by the agents to the High Commission of Malaysia on a daily basis, from Monday to Thursday, 9.30am to 10.30am and shall be collected after seven (7) working days from the day of submission. It shall be collected by the agents from Monday to Thursday, 3.30pm - 4.00pm. In certain cases, it may take more than seven (7) working days. The High Commission reserves the right to on the issuance of visa. The unsuccessful appplications will be returned to the agents. No individual applicants are allowed to come to the High Commission's premise to obtain their visa and their passports.
3. All visa application should be submitted to the High Commission of Malaysia, Islamabad through the authorized visa Drop Box agents. Below is the list of authorized visa Drop Box agents.
