THE ROYAL CREMATION CEREMONY OF HIS MAJESTY NORODOM SIHANOUK,
THE LATE KING-FATHER OF THE KINGDOM OF CAMBODIA,

YB Tan Sri Koh Tsu Koon, Minister at the Prime Minister’s Office will be representing the Government of Malaysia to attend the Royal Cremation Ceremony of His Majesty Norodom Sihanouk, the Late King-Father of the Kingdom of Cambodia on 4 February 2013 at the Veal Preah Meru Square.
The Late King Norodom Sihanouk passed away on 15 October 2012 at the age of 89, of a heart attack in a hospital in Beijing where he had been receiving medical treatment. The remain of the Late King-Farther had been laid in an open casket in the Royal Palace since 17 October 2012 to enable public, local and foreign dignitaries to pay respect, and would be transferred on 1 February 2013 for the ceremony. YB Tan Sri Koh Tsu Koon had also represented Malaysia to pay final respect to the late King Norodom Sihanouk on 23 October 2012.
