After the inspection, an inspection report (Preliminary Findings Report) will be prepared by the Inspection Team and reviewed by the National Authority and the facility representatives. The Inspection Team will prepare a Final Inspection Report and will be sent to the National Authority no later than 10 days. The National Authority will consult the facility representative in commenting the final report before being forwarded back to the OPCW.
