On 2 July 2026, the senior management of ASTI Education Group met with H.E. Tengku Dato' Sirajuzzaman Tengku Mohamed Ariffin, Ambassador of Malaysia to the UAE, at the Embassy of Malaysia in Abu Dhabi. The meeting was also attended by the Consul and Vice-Consul (Education) from Education Malaysia in Dubai.
The discussion focused on strengthening Malaysia-UAE cooperation in Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET), including opportunities for academic collaboration and education pathways. ASTI Academy, a KHDA-licensed TVET institution based in Dubai, also shared its internationally recognised programmes and explored potential scholarship-supported online learning opportunities for Malaysians.
