SECOND 1SPLN COURSE

JABATAN AKAUNTAN NEGARA MALAYSIA

DUBAI, UAE

1 - 5 NOVEMBER 2015

 

On 1 - 5 November 2015, Dubai became the host for JANM to conduct second 1SPLN training to participants from various Malaysian missions around the Africa and South Asia region. Around 5 trainers and 11 participants from Mission attended the said course. In house participants from the Agriculture Office were also present during the course.

 

The course was basically done to introduce the new accrual accounting system to be introduced next year. Generally, the system was an upgrade to existing SPLN but with some fine tuning and also with some additional tweaking.

 

The trainers were very knowledgeable in the subject matter and assisted the participants to understand better the new system. Overall the course met its objective in the end and it is hoped that there will be seamless transition from the existing system to the new 1SPLN system.
