ANNOUNCEMENT: LETTER OF UNDERTAKING (LOU) NO LONGER REQUIRED
ANNOUNCEMENT Effective 1st May 2021, submission of the Letter of Undertaking (LOU) is no longer required for all travelers to Malaysia.
If you are on a flight arriving before 1 May and have submitted your LOU via the online form, your submission will still be processed.
If you have a flight later than 1 May, regardless of submission, you do not need the LOU anymore.
All other entry procedures remain.
