This document is issued to Malaysian Citizens under certain circumstances such as in cases of lost passport while travelling abroad, persons who have been repatriated to Malaysia and for Malaysians in cases where his/her application of Malaysian Passport cannot be issued within the stipulated period.
The validity period is up to the jurisdiction of Immigration Officer and it will be valid for Single Journey only.
