CONSULAR CORPS LUNCHEON AND ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
The Melbourne Consular Corps lunch as well as the Annual General Meeting was held at the Brookes, Collins Street, Melbourne CBD this afternoon (Monday, 14/4/2014, 12-2 pm). Almost 75 members of the Consular Corps attended the meeting which saw among others Mr Trent Smyth (Honorary Consul General of Malawi) being appointed as the new honorary secretary to replace the outgoing Linton R Lethlean (Honorary Consul General of Maldives) whom with deep regret expressed his intention to vacate the post due to personal reasons.
