Courtesy Call on the Mayor of Perth, 18 January 2021
Consul General and Consul paid a courtesy call on The Right Honourable the Lord Mayor of the City of Perth, Mr. Basil Zempilas on Monday, 18 January 2021 at Lord Mayor’s office, Council House. Mr. Basil Zempilas was elected after winning the City of Perth election on 17 October 2020.
Consul General took the opportunity to congratulate Mr. Basil on his appointment as the 18th Lord Mayor of the City of Perth and expressed the Consulate’s readiness to work together with the Council to explore investment opportunities between Malaysia and Western Australia as well as to further promote people-to-people relations for a mutually beneficial outcome.
