In his capacity as Vice President (representing the Southeast Asian and the Pacific region), H.E. Mr. Ikram Bin Mohammad Ibrahim presided over the Plenary Session of the 68th Regular Session of the General Conference of the IAEA (Vienna, 16-20 September) in the afternoon of 17 September, deputising for the President (H.E. Mr. Sang Wook Ham, Republic of Korea).
