BOOK OF CONDOLENCE OF THE DEMISE OF HIS ROYAL HIGHNESS SULTAN AHMAD SHAH AL-MUSTA’IN BILLAH IBNI ALMARHUM SULTAN ABU BAKAR

The High Commission of Malaysia in Dhaka, Bangladesh opened a Book of Condolence starting from 26 until 28 May 2019 of the demise of His Royal Highness Sultan Ahmad Shah Al-Musta’in Billah Ibni Almarhum Sultan Abu Bakar the former Yang di-Pertuan Agong VII (King) of Malaysia and the Ruler of the State of Pahang Darul Makmur on Wednesday, 22 May 2019 (17 Ramadhan 1440H) at 0850 hours.

Dean of the Diplomatic Corps in Dhaka, Archbishop George Kocherry, the High Commissioner of Australia, Ambassador of Viet Nam, Ambassador of Spain, Deputy Head of Mission from Egypt Embassy and many other countries from the Diplomatic Corps took the opportunity to sign the Condolence Book.  Secretary, Asia Pacific, Ministry of Foreign Affairs Bangladesh, Mr. Mahbub Uzzaman also signed the Condolence Book.  Malaysians in Dhaka also took the opportunity to express their condolences by signing the Condolence Book.

Home-based Staff (HBS) took the opportunity to sign the Condolence Book for the Former Sultan of Pahang.
