The Sixth International Business Conference-Sarajevo Business Forum (SBF) was held from 13 to 15 May 2015.  The Forum under the theme ‘ONE REGION, ONE ECONOMY’ was officiated by H.E Mr Mladen Ivanic, Chairman of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina.  The Forum was jointly organized by the Bosna Bank International (BBI) and the Islamic Development Bank (IDB).  The Forum, supported by the Government of Bosnia and Herzegovina had attracted participation of the Balkan region, European Union and Middle East [foreign leaders and entrepreneurs].  YB Senator Tan Sri Dr. Hj Mohd Ali Bin Mohd Rustam, President of Dunia Melayu Dunia Islam and Chairman of Perbadanan Usahawan Nasional Berhad (PUNB), Malaysian entrepreneurs and members of the Malaysia-Bosnia and Herzegovina Business Council (MBBC) also participated.

 

The Sixth SBF focused mainly on promoting the idea of the region as a European centre for healthy food, information technology, higher educational center and tourism destination.  Bilateral business meetings between regional and local entrepreneurs were also held during the event.
