On 10 March 2026, His Excellency Dato’ Mohammad Ali Bin Selamat, Ambassador of Malaysia to Brazil, participated as a guest of honour in the webinar “Sustainability Meets Trade: Navigating Brazil and Mercosur Markets for Malaysian Exporters”, organised by @matrade_hq. The Ambassador highlighted the growing opportunities for Malaysian businesses in Brazil and the Mercosur region, emphasizing the importance of sustainable trade practices and stronger economic engagement to further enhance bilateral commerce between Malaysia and Brazil.
