VISIT TO THE STATE SCHOOL OF PLANALTINA OF GOIÁS

On 30 January 2025, the Embassy of Malaysia in Brasilia participated in the 'Open Door Embassy (PEPA)' programme at the State School of Planaltina, Goiás, an initiative by the Secretariat of International Relations of the Government of the Federal District (SERINTER) to promote cultural and educational exchanges. The visit was led by Her Excellency Gloria Tiwet, Ambassador of Malaysia to Brazil. The programme featured student presentations, cultural performances, and a school tour and as a symbolic gesture of friendship, two hibiscus seedlings, Malaysia’s national flower, were planted on the school grounds, reinforcing the bond between the school and the Embassy.
