On 11 May 2023, Mr Mohammad Al Hafiz Mohd Nadzir, CDA a.i./Counsellor joined other ASEAN Heads of Mission at a working lunch co-hosted by the Chair of the ASEAN Committee in Ottawa (ACO), HE Ambassador Danial T.S. Simanjuntak of Indonesia and Assistant Deputy Minister of Global Affairs Canada, Mr Weldon Epp.
The working lunch discussed ways to further strengthen relations between ASEAN and Canada through ASEAN-led mechanisms and Canada's Indo Pacific strategy.
