On 6 November 2024, CDA a.i. witnessed the exchange of a significant Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between Universiti Utara Malaysia (UUM) and the University of Regina in Ottawa.
This agreement signifies both universities' commitment to collaborate in various academic activities, further strengthening ties between Malaysia and Canada.
