The High Commissioner participated in a panel discussion, 'Southeast Asia: Canada’s Partners of the Future' hosted by CORIM
On 21 March 2023, HE Datin Paduka Siti Hajjar Adnin participated in a panel discussion, 'Southeast Asia: Canada’s Partners of the Future' hosted by Conseil des relations internationales de Montréal (CORIM) in Montreal.
Attended by almost 200 potential stakeholders, including businessmen, investors and think tanks, HE Datin Paduka highlighted that ASEAN is now poised for post-pandemic inclusive growth and prosperity.
She also stressed on the potential for trade, investment, and economic opportunities between Malaysia and Canada. She urged Canadian businesses to visit and invest in Malaysia and ASEAN.
