The Heads of Mission of ASEAN Committee in Ottawa had their 294th meeting, marking the final session of the year with a significant leadership transition. Ambassador Pham Vinh Quang of Vietnam officially handed over the Chairmanship to High Commissioner Ang Lay Ling of Brunei.
