A significant moment for Malawakil Santiago as H.E. Ambassador R. Suresh Kumar formally presented his Letter of Credence to H.E. José Antonio Kast, President of the Republic of Chile, at La Moneda Palace on 9 September 2026. The ceremony marked the official commencement of H.E. Ambassador’s tenure as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Malaysia to the Republic of Chile. During his audience with President Kast, H.E. Ambassador conveyed Malaysia’s warm greetings and reaffirmed his commitment to further advancing the longstanding friendship between Malaysia and Chile. As he begins his tenure, H.E.
