ENTRY INTO HONG KONG FROM MALAYSIA (FROM 26 SEPTEMBER 2022)

ENTRY ELIGIBILITY
• Unvaccinated Hong Kong Residents and fully vaccinated non-Hong Kong Residents (aged 12 or above) and have stayed in any place outside China may enter Hong Kong. For details, see: https://www.info.gov.hk/.../202209/24/P2022092400048.htm
• Malaysian passport holders may enter Hong Kong visa-free for up to 90 days. For visa requirements, see: https://www.immd.gov.hk/.../visit-visa-entry-permit.html... For visa enquiries, contact Hong Kong Immigration Department at enquiry@immd.gov.hk
COVID-19 TESTING AND MEDICAL SURVEILLANCE
• Complete the Health and Quarantine Declaration Form (with QR code) at www.chp.gov.hk/hdf/, including declaration of vaccination record and the result of pre-departure RAT
• Must hold negative result proof of a RAT test (self-administered or by professional swab sampling) within 24 hours before scheduled flight departure time
• May proceed with immigration and customs clearance, claim baggage, and leave the airport by self-arranged transport, including taking public transport, after having the specimen collected for nucleic acid testing ("test-and-go" arrangement). • Daily RATs until Day 7 of arrival, and PCR-based nucleic acid tests on Day 0 (the day of arrival), 2, 4, and 6
• Medical surveillance at home or in other self-arranged accommodation for 3 nights, with a PCR-based nucleic acid test conducted at a community testing centre ( https://www.communitytest.gov.hk/en/ )/ mobile specimen collection stations ( https://www.communitytest.gov.hk/en/station/ ) / recognised medical testing institutions ( https://www.coronavirus.gov.hk/.../List_of_recognised...? ) on Day 2, 4, and 6
• Subject to Amber Code restrictions under the Vaccine Pass during the 3-night medical surveillance period, and not allowed to enter high-risk premises involving mask-off or group activities, as well as other premises requiring key protection. VACCINATION RECORD
• The vaccinated record must be in Chinese or English to show that: (i) the relevant traveller has received dose(s) of COVID-19 vaccine and the date(s) on which the last dose was administered; and (ii) the name of the vaccine or the name of the marketing authorisation holder or manufacturer of the vaccine. UNFIT FOR VACCINATION / RECEIVED ONE DOSE AND UNFIT TO RECEIVE SECOND DOSE
• Persons who (i) are unfit for vaccination due to health reasons with relevant proof from a medical practitioner; or (ii) have received one dose of recognised COVID-19 vaccine and hold a vaccination record, if they were certified by a medical practitioner that they were unfit to receive the second dose of COVID-19 vaccine because of health reasons after receiving the first dose of vaccine; are allowed to board for Hong Kong
