1. Applicant should be present personally to submit his/her application

2. Please avoid white-coloured clothing and ensure natural hair colour is maintained for photo-taking at the counter during the application.

3. Submission Time : Monday to Friday 9:00 am – 12:00 pm
遞交時間 星期一至星期五 上午九點至下午十二點
Collection Time : On the same day 同一天
取證時間 Monday to Friday 3:00 pm – 4:00 pm
