H.E. Raja Dato’ Nushirwan Zainal Abidin, Ambassador of Malaysia to the People’s Republic of China, attended the PETRONAS China Annual Reception in Shanghai on 15 October 2019. The event was organized to express appreciation to PETRONAS clients in China.
