The Fourth Shanghai Tourism Investment Promotion Conference, LEGOLAND Shanghai Resort
On 18 June 2025, Malawakil Shanghai attended the Fourth Shanghai Tourism Investment Promotion Conference held in Legoland Shanghai Resort hosted by Shanghai Municipal Administration of Culture and Tourism. The Conference was also attended by the Consul General of Portugal, Consulate General of the Republic of Indonesia, Consulate General of Japan and the Consulate General of Korea.
Ms. Zhong Xiaomin, Director General of Shanghai Municipal Administration of Culture and Tourism delivered welcoming speech to all guests and visitors to the Conference. Mr. Liu Shijun, Executive Director of UN Tourism also delivered welcoming speech and expressed his appreciation for having the Conference to be held in Legoland Shanghai. Lego Group Director for China, Mr. Siegfried Boerst presentation on the Legoland global expansion added two new locations which was recently developed in Shanghai and Shenzen and will open for public on 5th July 2025.
The event proceeded with the keynote speech by project institution representatives, followed by Appointment Ceremony for Investment Partners and ended with the Launch of Shanghai Culture and Tourism Investment Blueprint 2025.
