CLIENT CHARTER

The Consulate General of Malaysia, Shanghai promise to deliver quality, efficient, accurate and within reasonable time frame for the following services:-

·  To furnish information that is complete inclusive of summaries, discussion notes and related activities and to plan for and implement official and state visits to improve bilateral relationships and national interest between Malaysia and the People’s Republic of China.

·  To act as a responsive focal point in terms of bilateral activities and to provide directions to our headquarters on policy matters to improve bilateral interests;

·  To implement and facilitate management services in Consular, Human Resources, General Administration and Security, ICT, Finance and Development matters of the Consulate; and

·  To make available and to disseminate accurate information about Malaysia, especially on foreign policies to the local media and to the peoples of China.
