On 12 October 2025, the Consulate General hosted Hari Sukan Negara (National Sports Day) at the Xi'an Hongrui Bowling Centre. About 60 participants, including consulate staff, Malaysian students, teachers, and expatriates in Shaanxi, joined in the fun. This year’s focus was on bowling. Participants formed 14 groups of 4 to 5 players. The hall buzzed with cheers and laughter as everyone took turns rolling their balls. At the end of the day, awards were given to the top five teams and the best three male and female players.

The event helped strengthen connections within the Malaysian community in Shaanxi, as participants shared tips and celebrated each other's achievements. It promoted healthy recreation and enhanced daily routines.
