Malaysia Gourmet Festival

On September 10, 2025, Shangri-La Xi'an Hotel, in collaboration with the Consulate General of Malaysia in Xi'an, launched the "Malaysia Gourmet Festival" at Yi Cafe. The hotel invited Malaysian Chef Peter Yeoh, who hails from Penang and currently resides in Shenzhen. Chef Peter showcased several popular Malaysian dishes, including Curry Laksa, Daging Dendeng, Malacca Chicken Curry Kapitan, Curry Puff, and a variety of traditional Malaysian desserts. This promotion will run from 10 September 2025 to 21 September 2025.
