Consul General attended the Workshop on “Zero to One:  How to Make a Popular Douyin’s Short Video” organized by the ASEAN – China Centre for ASEAN member states and consulate officials which was held online.  Among the topic discussed include the basic of Douyin’s app, account positioning, video shooting and clipping skills.
