TRAVELLING TO MALAYSIA WITHIN THE RECOVERY MOVEMENT CONTROL ORDER PERIOD
The Embassy of Malaysia, Berlin would like to inform regarding the practice of home quarantine effective from 10 June 2020 for travellers entering Malaysia.
2. Please read and understand the standard operating procedure regarding the COVID-19 test process for Malaysians and non-Malaysian nationals to enter Malaysia as contained in the link below:

3. Please take note that foreigners in the category of Malaysia My Second Home participants (MM2H), expatriates, and non-Malaysian spouse and family members of Malaysian nationals are categorized as foreigners who are allowed to enter Malaysia. However entry is with the approval of the Director General, Immigration Department of Malaysia whereby the application must be made before travelling to Malaysia. The Immigration Department of Malaysia has issued the latest standard operation procedure for entry of Expatriate / Skilled Worker / Knowledge Worker Entering Malaysia for Key Posts and Technical Posts, and for Dependents and Foreign Maids within the period of Recovery Movement Control Order (RMCO) via the link below:
4. Diplomatic and the Embassy staff together with their dependents are allowed to enter Malaysia with the approval requested by their embassy in Malaysia to the Protocol Department, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Malaysia.
Please take note that the Embassy of Malaysia, Berlin would not be able to issue any social visit pass to Malaysia during this period.
