Herzlich willkommen in Berlin!
The Embassy welcomes Ambassador-designate of Malaysia to the Federal Republic of Germany, H.E Sarah Al Bakri Devadason who arrived in Berlin on 17 October 2017.
Ambassador Sarah received her letter of credence from the Yang di-Pertuan Agong Sultan Muhammad V on 17 August 2017.
Since joining Wisma Putra in 1996, she has served at its ASEAN Department, Territorial and Maritime Affairs Division, Adjudication and Arbitration Division and Policy Planning and Strategy Department. Prior to the current assignment, she was Undersecretary of the Human Rights and Humanities Division of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Her foreign assignments have been as Counsellor at the Permanent Mission of Malaysia to the United Nations in New York, as well as Deputy Permanent Representative of Malaysia to ASEAN in Jakarta.
PERWAKILAN Berlin also welcomed H.E Sarah and family at Rumah Malaysia upon her arrival in Berlin on 17 October 2017.
