MASTERCLASS ON MALAYSIAN GASTRONOMY WITH ESCUELA HOSTELERIA, SALAMANCA
We joined hands with Escuela Hostelería Salamanca and Prof. Shahrim Karim Universiti Putra Malaysia to organise a Masterclass on Malaysian Gastronomy. It was a wonderful occasion to promote Malaysian cuisines to professional chefs in Salamanca and boost awareness on the halal industry. Escuela Hosteleria Salamanca is also the first culinary school in Spain that has a training programme for "Halal Chef".
