On 11 May 2026, H.E. Haznah Md Hashim, Ambassador of Malaysia to Spain, received a joint courtesy call in Madrid from the Trade Commissioner of MATRADE Paris, the Deputy Director of MIDA Paris, and the Director of Tourism Malaysia, Paris. The meeting was held in conjunction with their scheduled programme in Barcelona. Discussions focussed on the joint efforts towards strengthening bilateral relations and promoting Malaysia’s economic and tourism interess in Spain.
