On 20 May 2026, H.E. Ambassador Haznah Md Hashim, Ambassador of Malaysia to Spain, hosted a farewell lunch in honour of Ms. Laura Mayoral, Deputy Director-General for the Pacific and Southeast Asia at Spain's Ministry of Foreign Affairs, European Union and Cooperation (MAEC). The Embassy expresses its deepest appreciation to Ms. Mayoral for her outstanding support, dedication, and invaluable contributions towards strengthening the bilateral relations between Malaysia and Spain.
