- Providing complete and reliable information, including summaries, discussion notes, and draft speeches, and facilitating official visits to enhance bilateral relations and promote national interests.
- Acting as a responsive and effective liaison for foreign embassies in matters related to bilateral cooperation and diplomatic engagement.
- Implementing and facilitating services in the areas of consular affairs, human resources, administration, security, ICT, finance, and development.
- Promoting and disseminating accurate and up-to-date information about Malaysia, particularly in relation to foreign policy, to the media, Malaysians, and the international community.
