How to Apply

Step 1 : Log on to www.spa.gov.my
Step 2 : Select the “Sistem Permohonan Jawatan S.P.A (Sistem SPA9)” and complete the registration process
Step 3* : Select “Administrative and Diplomatic Officer or PTD M9”
Step 4 : Complete the application

* Note: Applicants are required to enroll as an Administrative and Diplomatic Officer in the civil service as a pre-requisite to becoming a Malaysian diplomat.
