BRIEFING FACILITATED CLOSER DIPLOMATIC ENGAGEMENT WITH REPRESENTATIVES FROM OTHER EMBASSIES AS WELL AS OFFICIALS FROM THE VATICAN
On 12 March 2025,
His Excellency Ambassador Hendy Assan attended a briefing titled "Japan’s Plan A-Plus Strategy in the Trump Era", organised by the Embassy of Japan to the Holy See. The session was delivered by Mr. Tsuneo Watanabe of the Sasakawa Peace Foundation.
The briefing facilitated closer diplomatic engagement with representatives from other embassies as well as officials from the Vatican while also supporting Malaysia’s diplomatic efforts in fostering regional cooperation and dialogue.
