AMBASSADOR HENDY MET AND HOSTED THE MALAYSIAN DIASPORA
On the evening of Thursday 17 October 2024,
Ambassador Hendy met and hosted the Malaysian diaspora for a dinner at the meeting hub of a Malaysian company, Manna EV in Birkirkara. A total number of 45 Malaysians from various backgrounds attended the event. The event was also attended by Mr. Nazarenno Vassallo, the Honorary Consul together with his spouse.
Ambassador Hendy expressed overwhelming happiness to see such a strong turnout from the Malaysian community, especially given that the event was held on a weekday. In his speech, the Ambassador took the opportunity to introduce the Embassy and highlighted its main role in providing consular assistance to Malaysians wherever they may be. He encouraged all attendees to register with the Embassy to ensure they receive timely support and updates.
