WELCOMING 125 MALAYSIAN CATHOLIC YOUTHS

His Excellency Ambassador Hendy Assan had the honour of welcoming 125 Malaysian Catholic youths to the Embassy of Malaysia to the Holy See. Earlier in the day, the Ambassador joined the group for the solemn Holy Door procession, a significant spiritual rite of the Vatican’s Jubilee Year 2025, before receiving them at the Embassy.
The youths were in Rome to participate in the Jubilee of Youth, one of the key celebrations of the Holy Year, joining thousands of other young pilgrims from around the world. The occasion allowed the Ambassador to extend his warm wishes, encourage them in their faith journey, and remind them of the importance of representing Malaysia with pride and unity on the global stage.
