His Excellency Dato’ Seri Zahrain Mohamed Hashim, Ambassador of Malaysia to the Republic of Indonesia hosted Iftar Ramadhan on 26 May 2018 in conjunction with the holy month of Ramadhan 1439. The event was graced with the presence of the Organisation of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) Ambassadors, Malaysia Chambers Jakarta (MCJ), student leaders under PKPMI as well as the Embassy’s staff. The event provided guests with the opportunity for engagement with the Embassy as well as each other’s company in the spirit of sharing and caring. His Excellency Prof. Dr. Alwi Shihab, Special Envoy of the President of the Republic of Indonesia and the 14th Foreign Minister was also attended the event. During the event, HE Ambassador also took the opportunity to present Hari Raya gift packets to around 35 orphans from the neighbouring communities.
